"WHAT DO I DO BEFORE & AFTER MY WAX?"

PRE WAX CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Always cleanse your body before you get waxed.

  • To protect the waxed are from bacteria and to prevent friction on the vaginal area,

  • Wear loose fitting clothes to your waxing appointment and after your appointment for at least 24 hours.

  • Please do not apply cream or lotions to the area being waxed the day of your treatment.

  • For the best results, do not exfoliate the day before, the day of or the day after your waxing service.

  • Do not use razors or depilatory creams between treatments,  this will interfere with your goal to refine and diminish your hair growth, and to have smooth healthy skin.

  • Avoid direct heat such as hot baths, or sun tanning the day of your treatment.

  • The hair should be at least 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch long for best results for Waxing.

  • The hair should be at least 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch long for best results for Sugaring.

POST WAX CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wear underwear to bed for 4 nights

  • Go to tanning bed

  • Wear spray-on tan

  • Lay out in the Sun

  • Get in a hot tub or sauna

  • Use salt water

  • Do any exercising

  • No sexual activity

  • Wear any tight fitting clothing

  • Apply any lotions or creams

  • No deodorant on underarms for 48 hours if you get a underarm wax.

  • No exfoliation or abrasives for 48 hours

  • Avoid applying high SPF sun blocks to the waxed area after the waxing service, Sunscreen chemicals can be irritating to the newly waxed skin.

RECOMMENDED AFTER CARE FOR FACE OR BODY SERVICES

FOR THE FIRST 24-48 HOURS Do Not!!!

EXFOLIATE YOUR SKIN!

Normal skin exfoliate 3-5 days after your wax or sugar

Sensitive skin exfoliate  5-7 days after your wax or sugar

  • Slight pinking of the skin is normal and should disappear with-in 6-8 hours.

  • Keep your skin clean and avoid perfume soaps, deodorant or products with chemicals that irradiate the skin.

  • For best results repeat your professional waxing every 4-6 weeks depending on the area and your hair growth.
